Meet the people behind the Pluggin Ecosystem, who are all focused upon disrupting the way to build healthier, safer and more resilient communities!
We all follow a very specific vision set-out during the global pandemic. Meet the key people making the Pluggin Ecosystem a reality!
Once upon a time in Africa...
Pluggin as a community impact model began in West Africa, back in 2014.
Back then, our founder Jay Baughan created the way for maximising international business marketing (advertisers) through commercial brand sponsorship of Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) impact within Nigeria, Ghanaian, Sudanese and South African communities... over a decade later, we're still doing it.
Pluggin Ecosystem Limited is a social enterprise, meet our directors and shareholders...

One of the THREE elements of the ecosystem is our Pluggin Studios; the brainchild of Nathan Dodzo who, for over 25 years, has successfully built and operated youth-led filmmaking units within colleges and faith centres across the globe.

As executive director of the Pluggin Studios, Nathan leads a team comprised of experienced filmmakers and young community impact storytellers, which is regionally supplemented by students and graduates who are building-out their professional portfolios as freelance film crew members.
As a seasoned university programme leader/senior lecturer in Creative Media and Journalism, Nathan also oversees the Learning & Development support provided to our member charity & social enterprise teams; being helped to capture and produce insightful digital content lifting the lid on their community provisions funded from within our Pluggin Marketplace.
Membership Team
Since we launched in 2021, Stan Millership has built and led our dedicated membership development and support activities. Today, this is operated through a team who are on hand to help onboard and support our business, charity & social enterprise, public procurement and university members across the 12 UK regions.

The Pluggin Ecosystem Limited is incorporated in England & Wales operating as a social enterprise, 100% shareholder funded until January 2025.
The enterprise operates a not-for-profit business model; specifically investing 100% of revenues into making the ecosystem financially self-sufficient through commercial autonomy and not beholden to grant funder agendas. Our shareholders ensure that we scale to meet the real needs of the charities and social enterprises in our ecosystem, to ensure they continue to deliver community impact.
