It puts in place a collaborative public contracting framework within 45 UK geographies, which contractually harnesses supplier social value to the charity & social enterprise led activities building healthier, safer and more resilient communities - ultimately reducing demand for and costs of policing, community safety, healthcare and criminal justice.
