Gwent Police has adopted the Pluggin civic infrastructure and social value marketplace to help suppliers turn social value commitments into practical, visible and measurable public benefit across Gwent. The infrastructure enables police to provide suppliers with a clear route to offer goods, services, equipment, expertise, staff time, logistics, storage, training, mentoring, innovation and other practical support that contributes to safer, more resilient and more inclusive communities.
