Meet the people behind Pluggin

We all follow a very specific community impact support mission; set-out during the global pandemic and which was grounded in the Pluggin model established in 2014.

Once upon a time in Africa...

Back in 2014, in West Africa, the Pluggin model was created by our founder Jay Baughan.

Back then, Jay needed a way for connecting international business marketing (advertisers) and brand sponsorship into Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) which delivered them both a benefit. Using an ecosystem approach, driven by technology and digital storytelling to engage communities, the Pluggin Model was born, field tested and firmly proven.

Pluggin Ecosystem Limited is a social enterprise, meet our directors and shareholders...
