Harnessing business social value...

The UK spends over £300 billion of taxpayer money annually, on goods and services to support public services.

Procurement Act 2023 places a legal requirement on public buyers to award contracts based on M.A.T. (Most Advantageous Tender) - meaning that social value has to be returned by the supplier back into local community needs.

Created with senior public buyers and launched in 2023, our Dual Impact Collaboration Model (DICM) provides a framework to make this social value process more interactive and relevant, visible and measurable.

Our ecosystem operates a s a social enterprise...

To ensure sustainability of  our ecosystem, we established it as a commercial entity with a business model built to deliver social impact across the UK.
